Forum Post: Flat tax and Ryan budgeting

Congrats to Mitt Romney for picking Ryan. No doubt he will polarize an already nasty and brutal election. But he is just the person that needs to be heard. Budget cuts need to be made. And at the same time more jobs need to be made. Obama tried, and failed, with his policies. The republicans do not have the political balls to do what needs to be done.
Ryan will bring a painful and necessary debate to the table.
Combine a flat tax with some Tea Party budget slashing, and it will be an interesting experiment that I believe will achieve better results than Obama's 5 trillion dollar experiment. I am not a Romney disciple. I did not vote for him in the primary. But Ryan has solidified my vote for 2012
