TYT is pretty good... If you don't get their show on cable you will be able to see it on Youtube. I'm not going to push their channel but i will say this, they tell it like it is and don't hold any punches. They have a progressive bias but don't let that fool you. They call out the corrupt Democrats more then they do Republican trash.

"They call out the corrupt Democrats more then they do Republican trash."

That's exactly what I like, too. I can't stand it when CNN pundits for the Democrats excuse absolutely everything they do. As if it makes sense to support them, even when they cave in to the GOP.

I'm sure it'll be on the internet..

Anyway, remember I said I'd be researching all the origin literature for Neoconservative Movement?? I read dozens of articles from Irving Kristol and others until I decided to start another search. This time for for thought-molding origin literature that started the Progressive movement. After looking and looking on Google Books, I eventually found the magazine that started it all. It's called "The Arena".

There are many other Volumes, also.

Ever hear about how Ronald Reagan's phrase "Ash Heap of History" came from Trotsky?? wrong. It came from "The Arena", as did many other phrases and ideas oft attributed elsewhere. (I also found the phrase "Axis of Evil" from a 2nd rate science-fiction novel in the 80s and tweeted David Frum about it)

I've been reading it after work every day for a week now. I think I may start a website and an essay contest(with $1000 of my money) for people that can write modern articles in its likeness to be distributed at occupations.

Do you know any good writers or people that make web pages??

Wow. I'd love to get my hands on a few original issues. Full of thinking more enlightened than just about anything today. What a trip.

Re: website, seems like many have similar ideas - save the essay money, which is pretty good thinking IMO. I'm probably the wrong person to ask. Maybe start with a post here though? It would be nice if all these disparate attempts could be unified...

I'm struck by similarities between The Arena, your idea, and AdBusters - even the anarchist link.
