The 99% hold the power at the ballot box. How do we all gain traction in voting All members of congress, senate and the president out of office? These are all politicians that do nothing but posture at our expense. Regardless of who they are, in 2012, we should vote out ALL incumbents and follow suit with the rest of the elections in 2014, 2016 and so forth. Vote in people that are interested in fixing problems

Job 1 is to vote for the delegates that will represent your district at the National General Assembly July 4th. You are on the right track. Please read the Declaration http://www.the99declaration.org/

" V. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that IF the PETITION FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES approved by the 876 Delegates of the NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY in consultation with the NINETY-NINE PERCENT OF THE PEOPLE, is not acted upon within a reasonable time and to the satisfaction of the Delegates of the NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY, said Delegates shall reconvene to utilize the grassroots network established in the election of the NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY to organize a new INDEPENDENT POLITICAL PARTY to run candidates for every available Congressional seat in the mid-term election of 2014 and again in 2016 until all vestiges of the existing corrupt corporatocracy have been eradicated through the power of the ballot box."

We do have power and that must be terrifying to people who currently profit from the system. Whatever we do, we can't let ourselves get distracted by those people leaving hateful comments and trying to bring down the movement.

Here's a couple of links to some of the things people in the 99% are doing to involve themselves in the political process:

Until OWS wants to run actual people, the two bought parties will remain just that..

I agree. We have to change the system that's allowing parties to be bought, through sending people in to do it, as you suggest, and at the same time, enlisting the support of people already there.
