THE PAY GAP IS A LIE!
Women as a whole make less because they work less and have to care for children. In fact, women ages 18-25 make more than men in that same age group because they work more than men.
There is a reason why women make less money than men. They have smaller brains, weaker bodies, and they complain all the time.
