FDA Labels Pepper Spray a Vegetable

In a widely expected ruling, the Food and Drug Administration has defined pepper spray a vegetable.
Colleges and public schools across the country will now be able to serve students liberal amounts of this nutritious vegetable with the knowledge that it is an important part of students healthy development.
Sandy Inyoreye, speaking on behalf of the Association of Defensive Spray Manufacturers, said "This ruling is important step for job growth and rebuilding the nation's economy. Demand for our pepper products is at an all time high, and the FDA decision will expand our market substantially. We will be gearing up production and hiring some day laborers from Mexico to man the production lines. In order to stoke demand, special agents are being sent to major cities and college campuses across the country to work on a secret viral crowd marketing campaign that we anticipate will greatly spur demand for our member's products."

...I'm not in their complete defense, though...the "pizza is a vegetable" thing is totally real. O_O

It's funny outside of the USA when they gas people they call it "TEAR GAS",...

Most of these sprays are banned for military use by UN conventions, but ok to use on civilian population.
Most pepper spray used by cops is a synthetic concentration that doesn't exist in the real world as a natural pepper. So when people talk you have to be careful.
Probably the ONLY thing that can be done is the people here collect the can's used by various cop shops and note the label, and build a database here so we can actually KNOW and have evidence what they're using.
There are 1,000's of products on the market, and most cop-shops are sitting on 50 year inventorys and nobody knows what anybody is actually using.
There are a few benign sprays and the MSM would like everyone to think that's whats used, but the fact is there is no standardization, they use whatever they have at hand.
Cop's ALWAYS use what they have.
Outside of the USA this spraying would be called 'tear gas', and would be call for a UN investigation, sadly the USA would just veto such investigation.

FDA = Fascist Dildo Administration.
The incompetent FDA also labelled the amount of sauce in one slice of pizza as one serving of vegetables. First of all, tomato is botanically a fruit and second, now a slice of pizza served in school cafeterias contains at least 1 serving of vegetables (sauce+ whatever other traces of vegetables it has on the pizza).
Only one of the ways how the government cooks up stats to justify their policies...
