If my act harms you that's evil to you. It doesn't matter if I intentionally harmed you or even know that I did. The evil is the damage done. If anyone is damaged by the act of another, they are correct to call that damage evil. It is evil to them.
Not all evil can be avoided. But much that is dismissed as unintentional, collateral and done in ignorance should be taken into account. Tort law falls short of adequately addressing such evils, especially the systemic ones. Wholly owned politicians exacerbate the shortfalls by reinforcing them with legislature.
The policons and our rich masters care only about winning. The hoards they win threaten our survival with the surety of want and misery to come. Threats to my survival are evil to me. The rich and their hoards are evil to me.
