If our laws had been different and Albert Einstein was allowed to run for government in the US, how and why would things be different today?

Einstein rallied behind a special progressive party, the DDP.

Einstein was unqualified for an executive position. He didn't even like to prepare lectures when he was a professor. He was not a great organizer. Besides he was smart enough not to take the job.
