I work with Michael on Public Banking in Sonoma County. He is a great activist. I'm honored to have his support for my campaign for City Council in my hometown of Sonoma, CA.

My campaign is going well, but I do need financial support. I accepted the voluntary spending limit of $10K. I don't need all of that to succeed, but I will need at least $2K to maintain my drive. There are 3 seats open, one incumbent running (voters can vote for three candidates) and 5 total candidates so far. I want to stay ahead of the game, even $5 will help: http://rally.org/votejack

Or follow me on twitter: http://twitter.com/vote_jack and like my facebook page: http://facebook.com/votejack2014

Feel free to ask me questions here.

Thanks for checking it out. I mostly want to promote the idea of supporting candidates, especially local candidates, throughout the country. It's good for a national movement to support activists throughout...the nation.

I've given to candidates all over the country. Little bits help, not just financially, but as motivation. It makes you feel like part of a real network when you get contribution from South Carolina, and Virginia, and Colorado, to name a few. Most of my money has come from my area. What I am doing will hopefully help candidates in every city win and put into place policies that help the people.
