Dr Craig Spencer of New York Presbyterian Hospital is either dumber than a box of rocks or he is yet another calculated pig DELIBERATELY spreading more IRRATIONAL EBOLA FEAR IN AMERICA.
Hey. You want to volunteer (or help distribute pharmaceuticals sold or tested for profit) in West Africa? Fine. But if you have the NERVE to fly back to America without first making DAMN SURE you're Ebola free, then AT THE VERY LEAST, you should park your ass at home and STAY THERE for 16-21 days in order to avoid spreading Ebola or it's irrational fear in the most hypochondriac nation in the world. That means, no subway, no bowling, no dancing, no restaurants, no flying across the midwest, no cruise ships, and no appearances on TV. Just GO HOME and SHUT UP for 16-21 days. That would be the right thing to do.
Unfortunately, this was too much to expect from Dr Craig Spencer of New York Presbyterian Hospital. Now, as a DIRECT RESULT of his reckless and irresponsible actions, millions of Americans will lose even more sleep, live in even more fear, and/or SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY ruling out the EXTREMELY remote possibility of Ebola contamination. Ch'Ching! More money for commercial health care! As if a ridiculous 17% of GDP weren't enough for the most bloated pig industry in the entire world.
I've had it with these pigs.
For as long as Ebola remains in America or for as long as Ebola remains an irrational fear in America, I will be ripping on Dr Craig Spencer of New York Presbyterian Hospital for spreading that fear. 6 months, two years, or ten years. It makes no difference.
I will do the same for the NEXT ASSHOLE and for EVERY ASSHOLE from now on to PERSONALLY deliver Ebola to hypochondriac America.
And for many of those falsely reported to do so.
Because I'm a nice guy, I will cut a break for any of the VERY FEW to actually die of Ebola in America.
IT'S OPEN SEASON ON THE REST OF YOU JET SETTING PIGS. THE VAST OVERWHELMING MAJORITY.
But let's not kid ourselves. Dr Craig Spencer of New York Presbyterian Hospital will be just fine.
Unless of course, someone decides to put their foot up his Ebola delivery man ass.
This web page is just one of MANY entries I will be posting all over the web regarding the ASSHOLE Dr Craig Spencer of New York Presbyterien Hospital.
Thanks a lot doc!
The rest of you Ebola workers and/or West Africa jet setters. If you care one little bit about your commercial and/or personal reputations, you better wipe your Ebola asses and wipe them good before setting foot on any street in America.
Don't worry. Be happy.
Focus on the positives so far. The critical breach of human-to-human, human-to-animal, animal-to-human transmission outside of a healthcare setting in the U.S. has not occurred yet. All of the healthcare workers confirmed of Ebola-positive took self isolation seriously after their symptoms had become evident and we all know that Ebola is not infectious when the human host is still asymptomatic. A 1 L-ing <> F 4 E ver
We should rethink the conditions in which and where repatriating healthcare workers or soldiers from West Africa should be quarantined. The Canary Islands off of the coast of Africa may be a good vacation spot for a good three-week all-expenses-paid rest.
Assuming there is no grey area of potential infection right around the time symptoms become evident, your point is a very good one. After all, Duncan's fiance didn't even get infected. But my problem with Spencer is primarily that he showed no regard whatsoever for the Ebola fear that he spread just by galavanting around New York immediately upon return from West Africa. Because of him, a lot of people out there, some of whom don't have much to spare, are going to have less after their Ebola fear expenses. The same goes for the cruise ship Ebola worker, the mid-west jet setting Ebola worker, and the next Ebola worker to galavant around spreading fear.
I'm really mad about this and I want those people put on notice.
STAY HOME UNTIL YOU KNOW FOR SURE.
They were only living it up to the edge of the CDC protocols. Amber Vinson was advised to fly despite her fever because it was not high enough but the event of treating Patrick Duncan having occurred should have changed the probability of her presenting with Ebola.
I suspect that such thoughts did not occur to whoever made the decision to allow flying.
Strictly speaking, the fears that other people had experienced were self-generated so they should assume responsibility for their distress. FDR said (after Pearl Harbor), "There is nothing to fear but fear itself." Of course, it would have been far better if they self-isolated, based on reflexive morality.
Whatever happened to consideration for others?
One would think that a Dr. would have better sense than to be running around ( while doing twice a day temperature checks ) in public before he knows whether or not he is a potential health hazard.
I just have to mention this. Isn't it funny that of all the public activities Dr Craig Spencer could have engaged in just before being diagnosed, he chose bowling?
Think about it. All those hands in and out of shared bowling bowls. Some of them, as bowlers know, sweaty. Of course, every American with a TV or radio knows damn well that a significant number of us, not to mention the rest of Western Society are scared shitless of Ebola. After all, a cruise ship panic was just reported a few days ago. And a bus stop panic. And a plane ride panic.
Still, Dr Craig Spencer, fresh off the plane from West Africa, just days after Ebola work, decided of all potential activities, to go bowling.
FUCKING BOWLING.
Just the latest in a series of suspicious circumstances perfect for spreading Ebola fear.
Ebola plane ride across the Midwest. Check.
Ebola scare on a cruise ship. Check.
Ebola subway ride. Check.
Ebola cab ride. Check.
Ebola bowling. Check.
All within the last two weeks, all courtesy of Ebola healthcare workers.
What's next? An Ebola worker in a public pool? An Ebola worker on a train? A busy hotel perhaps? A crowded theater? A rock concert?
How will the next Ebola worker to create a panic in America do so?
Predictions anyone?
Update: I toned down my reference to reckless, irresponsible, and suspicious behavior involving no fewer than three Ebola healthcare workers to date. Still, nothing would surprise me. We live within an era of unprecedented greed, fraud, bribery, conspiracy and government corruption.
The shade surrounding the series of recent Ebola related events could engulf a small city already.
Novelists are being inspired as we type. I could whip up a storyline myself. At this point, it would only be necessary to connect a few dots involving the CDC, the makers of ZMapp, a few Ebola doctors and nurses, and of course, Nancy Snyderman. Any of whom could easily have laid their hands on a sample of Ebola body fluid.
I'll refrain from listing any of the methods one could easily have used to deliberately infect a coworker or any West Africa traveler bound for the United States.
Ebola Nurse's Secret Porn Career Causes PANIC in Orange County/Ebola Doctor'sShotgun Suicide at Hamptons Mansion Hot Tub Party Worries LI Health Dept Officials/20 Community College Students Trampled in Panic Fleeing Vomiting Liberian Student;2 Dead 8 Hospitalized;Spoiled Cafeteria Food Blamed/Rikers Guards and Prisoners Quarantined Following Explosive Diarrhea Incident Involving West Africa Ebola Nurse Arrested for Unpaid Child Support
In all honesty, #1 and #3 don't seem far fetched at all. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled and my ears open for reports of similar incidents.
There have been many cases where doctors, nurses, and/or pharmacists were caught, charged and convicted for working together to defraud Medicare. There have also been several cases of drug companies hiding knowledge of dangerous side effects and/or working with doctors to improperly market drugs for conditions not approved by the FDA. Not to mention another case that I recall involving falsified research results.
There have been hundreds if not thousands of convictions involving groups of professionals conspiring together to profit illegally.
I think the possibility of one or more bribes or motive to profit from related investments are worth considering. Nothing would surprise me.
By the way, it's been reported just within the last 48 hours that stock values for HazMat suits are soaring. Ch'Ching!
Just one known example of fortunes being made as a result of the irresponsible Ebola healthcare worker behavior listed above. Coiincidence? Again, nothing would surprise me.
The entire Media now has a tabloid character, and the people writing up attention grabbing/clickbait-style leads are going to have a field day with this one.Even I am struggling to come up with something that is too far out.We can expect ANY sordid incident to be blown up as far as possible and connected to the Ebola somehow even if it is a Stretch to the breaking point.Likely targets will be College Students,Day Care Centers,Mass Transit-especially Airlines, and Jails/Prisons.Upscale settings like High end Retirement Communities or Upscale Hotels and Suburbs will have to get worked in to pound home the idea that Nobody is Safe.I will put my money down &bet you are correct in your Predictions at least 99%
Give flu shots?
[ edit ] And it is only now that the chuckle-heads even start to consider a twenty one day mandatory quarantine for those medical workers returning to the states ( one would think it a no-brainer basic precaution ).
But - NOooo says the returning Dr.s & other medical volunteer personnel's spokesman - it would perhaps make medical personnel rethink volunteering to serve in these disease areas - if - they had to consider going into such an inconvenient thing as a three week quarantine prior to returning to their public life back home.
edit-> Just think of the stigma attached ( says the spokesman ).
What stigma? That the Dr.s and other returning medical volunteer workers feel a concern for their family and friends and co-workers and their private practice patients - that they would undergo a quarantine to insure that they are not sick and will not spread a deadly disease?
Damn right. Hey. You want to volunteer (or help distribute pharmaceuticals sold or tested for profit) in West Africa? Fine. But if you have the NERVE to fly back to America without first making DAMN SURE you're Ebola free, then AT THE VERY LEAST, you should park your ass at home and STAY THERE for 16-21 days in order to avoid spreading Ebola or it's irrational fear in the most hypochondriac nation in the entire world. That would be the right thing to do.
But - but - BUT - to lose three whole weeks of my life??? Golly Gosh GeeWilikers and all - "that's" - That's - THAT'S - just so harsh man!!!
