There is probably about to be a Homeless Care/Shelter contract to be financed by the County about to go up for bids.In Florida, the amount of money offered for such services is very Stingy. In order for a private company to make money, they would have to reduce the quantity and quality of the food at the Shelters and County Soup Kitchens. The County Social Services would notice if people fail to appear at mealtimes,as they would if they had a choice.resulting in the Contract not being Renewed,This policy of providing short, poor quality rations is a Tried and True Moneymaker that has been used on Mentally Ill and Retarded residents of Group Homes here in NY State for decades.Shitty insufficient food is also a feature of Privatized Jails,Prisons and Detention Centers,All you gotta do is Follow the Money to solve all Riddles.

It's a sad state of affairs, but what can be done? The voting public doesn't want the homeless in sight. They approve of these laws. They turn a blind eye to the plight of the homeless in the attempt to force them to move on and become another city's problem.
