The Dems have undermined their own credibility, by their embrace of Wall St. money and other facets of the neo-liberal agenda [read conservative/libertarian] that enables the crime of membership in the propertied class of billionaires, banksters and other parasites as it impoverishes the rest of US.

"... it's also hard to make an impeachment case on the basis of white-collar offenses, given the Democratic Party's historic accommodation of Wall Street criminality.

"And until the Democrats come face-to-face with their legacy, their complicity in failing to bring about 'change you can believe in' in the aftermath of 2008—it will be harder for them to argue for Trump's removal on that basis, at least to the degree that is required to secure bipartisan support. A promised 'return to normality' isn't enough, given what “normality” gave us 10 years ago. Democrats can't enable arsonists, and then complain when the fire spins out of control. But that's exactly the situation in which we find ourselves today with our modern-day Nero tweeting as Washington, D.C., continues to burn."

10 years later, nada. The Democrats move to the right has kept us all in economic chains yet most people are not awake to that fact.

The beatification of John McCain is just another example of how asleep Americans are. Come on people, think for yourselves. Critical thinking. It's required!

"He claimed victory in the primary — but the question facing both parties now is whether a Florida candidate who favors legalizing marijuana and impeaching Trump can repeat the result in the general election...."

Surprise Primary Victory

You think that "that" had nothing to do with the Public deciding that they want REAL representation?

Positive change does NOT happen by ignoring what is WRONG in a system/process/party/etc.

I seldom bother to answer the fool any more. He thinks third party voters allowed Trump. But Trump appealed to that part of labor that the New Deal helped and the neo-liberal Dems have abandoned starting with Carter. Dixiecrats like Clinton and Carter have always been half assed cons. He's never going to figure that out!

(edit) I can NOT understand People who are UNABLE to see the WHOLE of the problems that we face.

If one removes the majority of the flesh eating disease (GOP) from the body, but does not remove ALL of the flesh eating disease (toxic members of the DNC), the flesh eating disease will still end up killing the body.

"The liberal wing of the Democratic Party: Next to the upset win of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in New York in June, Andrew Gillum’s victory in Florida’s Democratic primary for governor is their biggest triumph of the election cycle.

The mayor of Tallahassee was up against the epitome of the party establishment in Gwen Graham, a moderate former congresswoman whose father was a popular governor of the state. But an infusion of millions from billionaires Tom Steyer and George Soros, plus an endorsement from Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), ended up being enough to vault Gillum to victory. This is an unequivocal win for the liberal Sanders wing of the party, and Gillum is guaranteed to get more attention as the first African American nominee for governor in Florida."
