I think if we could persuade a large percentage of those with jobs to take a day off in solidarity with the 99%, it would be a profound and potent message. Let 'em know WE are the water in their hose, and if we collectively choose to stay home, their garden starts to die.

A little melodramatic perhaps, but I think a good starting point for brainstorming.

So, shad ya think?

We are the water in the hose, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 10% Management Group of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves in attendance, not absence.
