Isn't Collusion a supporting feature of Conspiracy?
I mean look at oil futures for an example. The oil goes nowhere, hell paper does not even change hands, bids just run an electronic circle and poof = Gas and oil price hike.
For one I would have to agree to much of what the author says. Not sure if you can call it a 'cartel' but yes many a times ibanks are in some kind of tacit agreement.
