HR 4310 just passed in Congress
SEC. 537. USE OF MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AS SITES FOR MARRIAGE CEREMONIES OR MARRIAGE-LIKE CEREMONIES.
A military installation or other property owned or rented by, or otherwise under the jurisdiction or control of, the Department of Defense may not be used to officiate, solemnize, or perform a marriage or marriage-like ceremony involving anything other than the union of one man with one woman.
So will anyone be surprised if the president once again signs for an NDAA with sneaky sections like last year?
The NDAA for 2013 also budgets for war with Iran as well as makes it US policy if Iran won't stop their WMD program.

Thanks to Congressmen like Dennis Kucinich who voted NO on this bill and understands full well that changes can be made to it. The excuse "but it has to be passed" is a bullshit excuse.
