People think we have a free market economy, but we don't because those with all the money are buying the government. Therefore, we no longer get the benefits of having a 'free market". COI (Conflicts of interest) is an issue that EVERYONE in the US can get behind. I would like to demand that EVERYONE who is currently holding a political (where they make substantive decisions whether is be the President or regulatory agency) office submit a COI's memoranda it should read:

Name

Office

Direct Conflicts: (This section will contain 1) Former employers; people/corporations/organizations that you are/were apart of 1a) what are your ties to those entities. 2) Friends/Family/colleagues who may have an legitimate economic interest in your decision making. NOTE: The lists do not have to be exhaustive but you must name the most important and probably conflicts that you may have the list should contain at least 10)

Indirect Conflicts: (This section will list 1) Anyone working for you who is not required to fill out this form and their direct conflicts 2) At least 10 lobbyist who contact you the most, spend the most time with you, or do anything that benefits you, including meals. 2a) Who these lobbyist are, and what they represent 3) Any Corporation/organization or person that holds a party or fundraiser or does anything that benefits you should be listed on the form. NOTE: Every list should contain at LEAST 10 COI's and those ten should be the most probable COI you may have)

Finally This form will be stored on a website accessible and searchable by everyone. Those in office can update their COI's every month. However, any improprieties (obvious COI's not listed, COI latter found that are not listed, Lobbyist that are not listed) spotted in the COI's form will be noted and tallied next to the persons name.
