Anybody else wonder why they got to wait to talk to congress to figure out how to pay for 20% cut but about the 20% cut? How do they know congress won’t say how about a 18% cut, or 21% or even a 5% increase?
now the 2-Party candidates are selling off the 9/11/12 protest attack in Libya as a terrorist attack
in the Vice President debated Rimmer evoke al kidda and and Bidding just ley it pass
Rimmer claimed paper pushers were job creators
Jobs are created by paying someone to do something
if the government wants more people working , they should hire them
the 2 party candidates do not know about the poor only the middle class
cut tax, don't cut funding, don't increase the deficit
No, that's a GOP Smear!
the 2 party party wants to cut taxes
One of them will be vice president, if you don’t like your choices get involved, just remember sometimes you may not win but that’s what democracy looks like you respect and support the winner if you believe in democracy. Take me for instance, I wanted Hilary but Obama won so I support him, because the GOP must die if America is to have any chance at all.
The election is getting close are you going to tell us who you support?
I don't believe the people chose the candidates running
They have primaries in my state, democracy is about getting out the word and convincing people to do things in their own interest, it doesn't mean you always win.
I voted for Biden. Biden-Grayson 2016! Leaders with Balls!

Clinton/Reich 2016! Bringing the Arithmetic!
(hey that's what democracy looks like)
Definitely cabinet positions.
The people need some knuckles and balls up front. And we need fresh blood in 2024 a shoe in.
I could comp a Clinton-Grayson, though.
Alan Grayson?

Somebody Sarah Plain, Glen Beck and George Will all agree on?
If the scumbags hate 'em (Big$, too) they must be good.
Garayson is fantastic for the 99%
I hope he makes it back to congress this year.
What he said!
There are lots of good Dems, you just have to look for them. They don't have Koch Bros or Sheldon Adelson's shoving them in our faces.

It's Friday, ya bastids!
Now that’s how you debate! I think I had almost as much fun watching that as Joe Biden seemed to be having doing it. The relentless lying of Romney and Ryan is a problem, and it’s horrifying to think that their strategy might work. Joe’s attitude told us that we can deal with it. All you have to do is keep a smile on your face… oh, and go ahead and laugh out loud at the really bad lies. Joe Biden believes that you cannot call a person a liar, even if they are blatantly lying. But he also knows you can use facial expressions to let everybody know that you know that they are a liar. The takeaway from this debate is—don’t be afraid to stand up to the malarkey! Some people are saying that using a term like malarkey makes Joe Biden sound old. That’s a bunch of hogwash! It’s horsefeathers, hokum, hooey, bunkum, and slushdoodle. OK, I made that last one up. Let’s just put it this way—it’s a “bunch of stuff.” Yes, at another point, Joe Biden used the phrase “bunch of... stuff.” I think he got halfway into it and decided that he had done enough dipping into the Big Book of Jazz Age Colloquialisms.
Once again, if you want to properly gauge how well Joe Biden did, just take a look at how poorly Fox News was trying to say that he did. Brit Hume actually called Joe Biden a “cranky old man.” Look, the guy is no spring chicken, but I guarantee he’s younger than anybody watching Fox News. (And yes, I deliberately used the term “spring chicken” so that the old-timers watching Fox News would understand.) Besides, what’s more likely to make an old guy cranky than a bunch of lies? Remember Big Daddy’s diatribe about “mendacity” in “Cat on Hot Tin Roof”? Did Joe laugh and smile at the things Paul Ryan was saying? What is he supposed to do when Ryan says Mitt Romney is “a car guy”? He’s lucky Biden didn’t throw up in his lap.
It’s somewhat less difficult to fact check this particular debate. Oh, Paul Ryan told plenty of lies... but at least Joe Biden began the fact-checking process during the debate itself. According to Think Progress, Paul Ryan told 24 myths in 40 minutes. That’s a lot of myths! He’s the Bullfinch’s Mythology of politics. Paul Ryan was spinning so many myths that I’m surprised that he didn’t get around to telling how Zeus made love to Leda in the form of a swan.

Punch & Judy
It all depends on who you ask. My opinion was that Ryan won, merely because of bidens arrogance. Biden did not get spanked as badly as obama did but it was close
Robert Reich knows what he is talkin about!

If he did than he did not get a thrashing like Obama did

Biden did get across the point very well - that you can say what you want any thing that you want - it just does not make it so - like the non-existent plans to do every thing with less and do more.
Why do you think he can be so certain about exactly 20% but so vague on how to pay for it? I mean if you have to "work with congress" how do you know congress wants 20%?
The problem with the Gov is now they think that "we work for them" rather than what is supposed to be "they work for us"
So why do you think he can be certain about the 20% but not how to pay for it?
We must beat the right wing wackos if we hope to reformthe broken, corrupt system.
The GOP must die.
They may yet self destruct if we can let them show themselves to be the extremists they are. Biden did a good job showing that on abortion, taxes, Medicare/SS.
Hopefully that will continue.
I think getting people to look at Romney/Ryan and think possibly 16 years of Supreme Court appointments, and how the GOP are trying to control who can vote, well it should scare the hell out of people it sure as hell does me.
Yes Biden did specify the Supreme court issue. And was the highest viewer number in VP debate history.
So I guess that is something.
I didn't know about the viewership good to see people paying attention.
Big viewership is good, but as we've said we need increased voter turnout.
Was it 62% voter turnout in 2008? Estimates are a drop this cycle I believe.
But we will see.
