I mean ok, maybe if capitalism was based on a real & true free market, it might work. I am not one to believe that an object that interrupts subject to subject interaction is a good thing, but what is going on in this country is ridiculous. Money could be a tool, sure. It's not good nor bad in and of it's self, it's what it has been made into via the ever powerful & greed driven 1%. When education is held for the ransom (money) what you have is ignorance on a large scale. Ignorance combined with a concept that was used by slave owners during times of slavery, "keep that Nigger running" mentality conferred by the 1% to the 99% based on power & greed & bullying, the average man or woman is too busy to care about much except sustaining the meager fraction that they work their hinds off to get! A fearful, too busy, lack luster, person divorced from their humanity I think, causes dependance on Lunesta & prozac, but also creates what this gov't really wants which is an anesthetized people suffering from learned helplessness, which is EXTREMELY easy to rule-over, to bully, to shove down & oppress & exploit! The exploitations of people is an age old technique in this country. We need to stop exploiting & understand that we are interdependant (at best!) From conception the fetus in utero acts in a loop within its' mother, and when it is birthed it remains in a loop- it cries, she lactates- it smiles she falls in love, we were made to bear an effect- our emotions solicit our feelings & elicit a response- but in this country they've known via research for years that if we jam a pair of rose-coloured glasses on someone & convince them that they need them, that they will grow dependant on them. We do this by lying to our children about santa clause & the easter bunny, while the economy exploits the process to boost the economy based on socialized materialism. It's ridiculous that we foster helplessness & materialism in this day & age when we KNOW based on data & research of the empirical sort, that people NEED to feel EMPOWERED by their effect! It is where true esteem & value comes from. I am not a consumer alone, I attempt to give-back because i know & understand that we cannot be reduced to "individuals" as aloneness is the very most threatening psychological condition, it depraves the mind & body, producing Failure to thrive & dangerous emotional dysfunctions. We are interdependant. As a social organism our joining each other grows our social power exponentially. We can celebrate our interdependance by choosing HEALTHY ways to interact & by choosing the outcomes we want. A simple equation of positive plus positive equals positive, negative plus negative equals negative, and positive plus negative it's anyone's guess based on the degrees involved. Since we are interdependant & a social animal whose power grows exponentially, we must stand together for forward progress & the betterment of our individual futures & our future as a whole. If you are on the planet, by your very existence you deserve a portion of the resources. Resources should be free for use, but not abuse.
