Not only is it a corporate de facto government it is registered in a foreign country. And since it is charter is held in the US the US can revoke the charter at any time.
I found the US it is a corporation in Delaware https://delecorp.delaware.gov/tin/controller. And this is the US code that states that The US is in fact a corporation. http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/usc_sec_28_00003002----000-.html
They sell bonds, thats why they're registered under the SEC... Bizzare that they would want to issue them via the US.
The US is also a corporate de facto government. Held in trust by England Owned by The Vatican.
The bonds they sell are stock certificates. LIVESTOCK certificates. We are the livestock. We have not been equals to them for 3000+ years they see us as monkeys.
Lovely! Sighhhhhhhhhh. The evil is finally becoming visible.

Its beyond comprehension how much the global leaders are doing without our consent. We are no more than a walking barcode to them. Over Christmas, China and Japan signed the biggest trade agreement in the history of the world, which essentially makes them an Asian Union and the kicker is, they agreed to not trade using US dollars. The American dollar has become basically worthless to a large part of the world. Instantly devalued. Hang on to your hat.
