Can anyone link to more information as to why protesters are protesting. I know there are a lot of people who are in the dark and not informed on why this is happening and what the cause /effects of this whole situation are. Any youtube videos that can be accessed and re posted amongst websites/blogs and other occupy events on Facebook for lesser informed individuals to gain a simple grasp on what is going down.

I thought this was the real deal at 1st but once I discovered their is no leader! and no demand I was stunned. I quickly lost interest. This whole thing could've been much Bigger. Some educated minds have given some really good ideas but the majority of the things I read on this site are hypothetical and or dysfunctional political fantasies. Dam shame. Michael Moore spoke and gave some comfort saying this is only the beginning. Maybe a group will come with specific demands and resolutions the majority will agree with. This has been entertaining. This is the best answer I can give you

the usa is a corporate oligarchy. is legal to lie tothe public..according to the new fox news ruling. its a caste war and the middle class has been losing. Well. now the middle class has woken up and noticed there is a caste war.

details are endless. your "schools' are dumbledown programming centers designed to a make labor bots not educate children. Your media lies to you. Corporate oligarchy and taxes own you ten different ways.

This might give you an idea as to why there is such inequality and instability in the society in general--whether or not the protesters are able at this point to articulate their position(s) is questionable. The video is a clear picture of the inherent crises of capitalism: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOP2V_np2c0
