I am all for the protest and what they stand for. However, why are they camping out? Wouldn't it make more sense to go home at night, and return the next morning to protest? I feel this is just going to degrade the power of the OWS, if there are more reports of criminal doings, destroying property, looting, beatings, etc. I just don't want those that back the OWS to start getting disgusted with what is being heard on the media. I want the OWS to grow and continue getting the support of the country. I just don't understand the camping out part, especially with winter approaching?!?
its mostly a symbolic measure. The single most pragmatic reason is many people had to travel cross country to join the protest and can't afford hotels.
beyond that, we are fighting in essence for the rights of the poverty caste and the homeless, who for too long have been victimized by fascist laws.

I have been active here since the very beginning, and since the very beginning I have been trying to make some core points. These points clearly have not been digested or fully understood by the mob, and so I'm going to try to make a further attempt here again.
For these reasons, I beg of you to please immediately join me on the wiki. We need to have all of these details and all of these ideas put together in an organized fashion, rather than posted in a long scrawl which will never be read.
