The Supreme Court ruled that donating money to politicians and political parties is protected under free speech, and that business, and other legal entities had the same right as people. The government is allowed to place limits on the amount donated.

State voter referendum could be used to make it illegal for any legal entity, that is resident or registered within the state of (X) to donate more than 1 dollar to any politician or political party, and to make it illegal for any political party or politician registered or elected in the state of (x) to receive more than 1 dollar from any legal entity. Prosecutors from any district within the state should have jurisdiction to bring charges against any entity that violates the law. This limits the chance for corruption. Individuals voted directly for medical marijuana law in certain states, but under federal law medical marijuana user can still be arrested and prosecuted in federal court and be put in federal prisons. Campaign fiancé reform could be done state by state, were the citizens put very tight limits on political donations. Violators of the state laws could be prosecuted under state law and be put in state prisons.
The federal government set a national minimum wage, but business must listen to state law when they set there minimum wage higher than the federal minimum wage. It is the same principle but the lower limit of political donation would take precedence over the federal limit with in the state of (x). The citizens of America could bypass there corrupt representatives in congress this way. Do you think the democrats and republican would willingly reduce the amount of money they can receive?

Exactly, but they need a comprehensive strategy that implements all their demands, including these, at the same time, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 10% Management Group of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves. Consequently, I have posted a 1-page Summary of the Strategic Legal Policies, Organizational Operating Structures, and Tactical Investment Procedures necessary to do this at:
