I have a solution to create a self-organizing governance system. It's a unified architecture that can scale arbitrarily large starting with just a few basic relationships and dynamics. It's only in paper version right now, but a skilled vpython event-driven programmer could probably code a very compelling prototype in less than an afternoon. To scale it into a p2p app and take over the world, less than a week. It will be a major part in creating a new "creative economy".
