UPDATE 04-21-2012

A petition was created yesterday at change.org asking for the support of the public. I want to ask everyone at OWS to please visit the page and sign the petition for us. This is just another way to make an impact and induce change.

Here is the address, please keep in mind you DO NOT have to make your signing of it public, if you do not want your name or alias to show up ( for whatever reason...), just keep your signing of it private.

http://www.change.org/petitions/the-public-in-general-to-follow-the-case-of-the-coke-16-v-coca-cola-at-facebook-com-thecoke16

As you can see we are attacking in full force from all angles, unfortunately, when dealing with a corrupt corporation like Coca Cola, one needs to go all out or nothing. As I mentioned in another post, the physical threats already started coming in, we are fearless and whatever has to happen, has to happen, but we will continue.

The police has been notified, so let us hope they do their job thoroughly so this mafioso style of handling things can come to a stop.

Once again, join us and sign the petition. This is a great opportunity to be part of something with great potential to yield results in a short period of time. The day will come that we will look back in time and say to our kids or grandchildren " I was part of that revolution, that brought so much change to the way corporations conduct themselves "

To be honest, ( as usual ), I wish I could just start talking and just blasting all the stuff we have to expose right now, but they are too slick and are known for estroying evidence... oops I gave one away, but that is the last one for real.

We need to end greed, unethical dishonest behavior, human and civil rights violations, colonialism, and other evils which follow the desire of Corporations who will not stop as long as they is one more dollar to make in profits, no matter the human or environmetal cost. God willing we will address all those issues, the discrimination part of it is just the key which opens pandora's box...there I'm not saying anything else.

Again, please support us OWS, sign the petition and join this fight.

God bless you all. BC

Everything went well, things are looking great so far, the next 7 months will be very busy with the campaign to stop killer coke joining our fight. Familiarize yourself with what we are dealing with, please visit their website at http://killercoke.org, some of those things will amaze you, specially when one realizes they have been getting away with this beahvior for years. Thanks everyone. BC

big day today going to court in brooklyn hopefully to set a date for a trial , hopefully, also, they will stop playing games and we can get on with it, so many things to expose. I think at the end, this that we are doing, is going to turn into a landmark case for civil rights and even wall street itself, since the things we are going to be dealing with go right down to the core of what has to be the ultimate betrayal to human dignity, racism, not to mention business integrity, but let's not go there for now.... While are intentions are not to destroy but to build something new, we are sure poised to give corporations in this great nation of ours, and example of the dangers of maintaining a "plantation" style workplace, and also a lesson on business ethics, and honesty. I want to thank all the people who have supported us on Facebook.com/Thecoke16 and also all the private messages of support, that helps a lot, and it shows that there is a lot of hope left in the world, OWS demonstrates how common people united can accomplish extraordinary things. God bless you all, and if you have not joined this campaign yet, what are you waiting for? , if not sure what to do, send me a message, together we are going to make real changes! By the way Occupy Atlanta is joining my good friend Ray Rogers for a rally at this year's shareholder's meeting in Atlanta, big thanks to Occupy Atlanta!

There is currently a group of individuals involved in a battle with the biggest of them all, when it comes to beverage bottling worldwide, due to discrimination. However this is just the tip of the iceberg as we feel, due to the evidence, the discrimination part will be easily proven, what is most appealing to the group is how this battle will expose the corruption and mishandling of shareholder's profits for the benefit of the management of this giant, which in turn will open the doors for a gigantic class action lawsuit by the shareholders. As a Coca Cola shareholder I was infuriated when I saw this happening and my protest and complaint to management regarding the way this was being accomplished was met with a swift dismissal from working there. What I suggest is that we all pay attention to the development of this lawsuit, since this is the last resort we have left to expose what really is going on, since this will or has the potential to wake people up regarding how corporations conduct business with the shareholder's investments. This goes to the heart of what the sentiment of the occupy movement represents, corporate greed and the abuse and inequality of the little guys at the bottom. The next court date is set for March 9th at the Queens, NY Court House located at the corner of Sutphin Blvd and 89th Ave in Jamaica Queens. Any support will be greatly appreciated since we are not just small in comparison with Coca Cola, but our resources will never match theirs and this is one option they will always have, money and power on their side. Thank you and if I broke any of the rules by making this post, I deeply apologize and respectfully request that it be deleted. God bless you all. BC.

We are moving, in the right direction! Patience is a must! The truth will revail a bunch of masters of deception! But I'm not worry at this point in the game! Because when u tell the truth all u can do is win! How can u manipulate god's work!

[-] 1 points by BoycottCoke (275) 11 years ago

Amen, my sister, someone told me in here "keep on keeping on" and that's what we will do with the help of God and the conscientious objectors in here.

The ones who understand the truth behind racism and oppression, they are just tools to keep us all separated and at each other's throats, so that we are too busy hating each other instead of realizing we are all slaves to them, once we ALL see this, then the road to real freedom will be unveiled right in front of us, but right now the thick fog of racism does not allow us to see it. Let us bring the bright warm light of knowledge and critical thinking in this fog, and we will see how it lifts up and leaves the road to freedom clear for all to see.

God bless you all and please keep your support coming, together all of us without regards for color or creed, can remove this tyranny of darkness from our lives. Say no to all forms of racism and support your brothers and sisters of The Coke 16.

Signed. Coke is only one of the corrupt but it is a good action to bring awareness to the public and to forward action against others as well.

GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep it up!

Thank YOU!! Please read my reply to the post about the lawyer stealing money. Might open your eyes to something that a few people are aware of. But thank God, one of the people scammed contacted us and made us aware of Coca Cola tactics as well as the other companies mentioned in that report.

Remember, lower your volume, since a recorded phone call starts to play, in it the scam is explained. don't forget to scroll down, again, you might be surprised what you read and hear. But again, you might already know about all those alleged crooks.

Here is the link, that way is more convenient. Again, thank you my friend.

Here are some, of things you have to put up with, working for coca cola! You can not be a strong minded individual "African American" then you are a triple threat to them (coca cola)! You are constantly single out to be a trouble maker! The standards are not equal to your counterparts! They perpetuate minorities associate's to believe you are inferior to white's! In the workplace on all levels! Not even your lunch is equal to your white co-worker's! You better not take an extra 5 nothing, or you will pay greatly, just for your short coming's, period! You are made to feel like you're in modern day slavery accept you, get to go home in 8hrs. We are demanding democracy by not letting them demoralize, us and exercise our civil rights, as humans! Now that it's out, they want to further execute us, even in directly, saying ( upper management) last I checked I was "Black" you don't get a free ride with that comment! You have the audacity! After being presented with (THE NIGGER"S MUST DIE) And What did he do? with that information! absolutely nothing!!! He forgot but the minorities didn't.But this morning, he is denying discrimination! In this hostile environment we work in!!! He is the biggest asinine "Black Ass Manager" in coke! excuse my french! They are all actor's, just protecting their job's not caring about humanity or anything humanly breathing! We've come to far to turn back now!!! I will assert myself on all levels to protect my group's right inform them continuously! The devil is a lair!!! COKE will be exposed there is no doubt in my mind! "We are the COKE 16 and growing" You may not like us but you will respect us!!! THOU SHALT NOT BE AFRAID FOR THE TERROR BY NIGHT; NOR FOR THE ARROW THAT FLIETH BY DAY; AMEN IN JESUS NAME!!!!

Wow, I had to come back and read this post, it is amazing, so much passion in it. I've seen with my own eyes how much it hurts whenever one is forced to re-live the abuses, by declaring them, but this is something we all must do, this is not just about what happened to us, this stuff is going on in India, Colombia, Mexico and other places around the world. I have decided to use all my websites to inform the people about this major problem. I suspect this is not just a coke problem but a corporations problem, meaning they all act the same corrupt way, the problem is not people feel helpless and are afraid to come out, like that lady we heard about yesterday, she is afraid for her life. It is something we must do, standing up for ourselves is not enough, we must do it for our fellow man and woman from everywhere where injustice and oppression reign supreme. These multinational companies must learn to respect the very hands that provide the labor which gets them so much wealth, and to treat them as human beings. I ask everyone reading this to please give us your support by liking us on facebook.com/Thecoke16 and, by doing so, staying informed about the progress of this struggle. Our story can was heard on WBAI.org ( New York City ) on the program City Watch of Apri 07, not sure if it is still available. Where Mr Ray Rogers was interviwed, and he spoke about our struggle. This is something that affects directly all decent persons of all ethnic backgrounds. Please support us, by liking us at facebook, you send a strong message of solidarity with the oppressed. Plus you keep the message flowing throughout the world. God bless you. BC

[-] 1 points by BoycottCoke (275) 12 years ago

I appreciate your passion my sister. I have a feeling before this is all said and done we are going to get the same people threatening and talking nonsense, knocking at our doors wanting to get in. They don't understand yet that this is not about money, this is about equality and respect for human dignity. You are right, we can not turn back now, and even if we could, we wouln't anyways. God bless you. BC

Hi BoyCott Coke A friend of mine mentioned your post here and I am a shareholder for Coca Cola and am interested in what you have to say. I have never worked for Coke before but I do have shares with this company. I am also following you in Twitter.

[-] 1 points by BoycottCoke (275) 12 years ago

Hi bestmom96. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your interest. Currently we have about 42 other shareholders interested in this. I saw you on my twitter I'll update it as I get more info, please tell everyone you know who owns shares of coke to pay attention to this once it hits the fan we are going to go quickly and I know Coca Cola will try to buy its way out of a shareholders' lawsuit in a hurry. I'm sure many, like you, would've never had invested their hard earned money in a company such as Coca Cola had they known what goes on behind closed doors, and what they do with the profits before handing over to the shareholders, diminished dividends. God bless you, and hopefully we can force some real change in their ethical behavior. BC

[-] 0 points by Mooks (1985) 12 years ago

I agree but I don't think we can draw any conclusions until the actual case is heard. If the discrimination is so widespread then it will not be hard for the plaintiffs to produce evidence proving it.

[-] 2 points by BoycottCoke (275) 12 years ago

Time will tell. Evidence is what we have the most. I wish I could share all in the open, but that would be unwise, since coke has a history of destroying evidence. That we have proof of, also. BC

[-] 2 points by nomdeguerre (1775) from Brooklyn, NY 12 years ago

Push non Coke colas. Boylan makes a good one, Cane Cola. Fentimans: Curiosity Cola. I don't know why there aren't more old fashioned ones.

[-] 0 points by BoycottCoke (275) 12 years ago

Great point. Big fish eat smaller ones and if they ate too quick to catch like Glasceau water, throw money at them.

[-] 2 points by Vitale123 (3) 12 years ago

Thank you for joining the fight Occupy, and I totally agree with your statement, I have personally witnessed numberous violations ranging from numbers fudging, document tampering, exaggerating budget, using expensive outside contractors that offer bribes for contract bids, and many more illegal activities. This company makes alot of money in government contracts and basic government hand outs, our tax dollars should not be funding a neo-nazi company like Coca Cola! I have been working at Coca Cola for quite some time (about 12 yrs) and I have experienced a lot of corruption, the fact is that these few things that we mentioned are truly just the tip of the iceburg, there are many other practices that will ultimately sink this ship. In all my years working in the N.Y division, I have never seen the discrimination and utter contempt for it's culturally diverse employees as I see it today. Minority workers are constantly treated with hostility and alienation by Coca Cola's management, we have numberous occassions in which managers are being verbally and physically hostile to it's employees, which totally violates their own ethics policy and zero violence tolerance rules. We have witnessed managers and supervisors being promoted for such hostilities to minority employess, and we have reached out to Human Resources and Coca Cola's corporate offices for resolution, but we found no justice. We instead found ourselves being retalliated against by Coca Cola, and have even witness our fellow employees being intimidated by management into not supporting the fight against Coca Cola's blatant abuse. To be frank, Coca Cola is running it's business Nazi style, the proof is there, we have Coca Cola making headlines on the news for hiring guerilla's to murder workers in Columbia who fought for decent work conditions, and we have seen Coca Cola in the head lines for discrimination many times before. When you put the all of the corruption and discrimination together, you get one bad recipe. We ask all of you to come and join us in not supporting Coca Cola and it's products, stop buying Coca Cola Classic, Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Dasani, and any others that fall under their label like Vitamin Water. We ask you to help us put a stop to these business practices both here and everywhere else on this planet, don't buy Coca Cola!!! Thank you and hope to see you there.
P.S: Coca Cola created Fanta orange for Nazi Germany, and they have been acting like Nazi's ever since.

[-] 2 points by nomdeguerre (1775) from Brooklyn, NY 12 years ago

It's called Killer Koke for a reason.

Gargantuan corpoRATS not only break legal laws (there is no law, only whatever they can get away with) they also break ethical, moral and religious laws (which the psychopaths probably consider ludicrous).

[Removed]

[-] 1 points by BoycottCoke (275) 12 years ago

Funny that you mentioned the breaking of laws, Coca Cola has gotten so sloppy that we have them breaking some federal laws with evidence, that is why when we hit them with the shareholder's class action lawsuit it just might prove to be backbreaking for them. If you are a shareholder or know one, have them follow the lawsuit on Twitter @Boycott_Coke , to stay informed and be ready to join the lawsuit. Thank you.

[-] 2 points by nomdeguerre (1775) from Brooklyn, NY 12 years ago

Unfortunately I can't make it today. But, good luck.

One suggestion, when mentioning Coke, always mention the CEO and their spouse, as in 'So and So and his bitch wife [bastard husband]'. Make it personal, so the evil sticks to him/her. Recall McNamara's wife being upset by all the name calling of her husband.

[-] 1 points by BoycottCoke (275) 12 years ago

Interesting. Not really my style but....interesting nonetheless.

[-] 1 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 12 years ago

who's McNamara

[-] 2 points by nomdeguerre (1775) from Brooklyn, NY 12 years ago

Sec. of Defense during the buildup of the Vietnam War, under Pres. Johnson.

I stopped drinking Coca Cola years ago, Along with all other soft drinks, the stuff really ain't good for you. Drinking soft drinks is nothing but a bad habit. Politics aside, for your own health, stop drinking Coca Cola. And if the people who work there if they can, and if they are civic minded , could stop working there, they would do a good deed for society. Unfortunately too much of our U.S. economy is based on vice.

[-] 2 points by BoycottCoke (275) 11 years ago

Trust me when I tell you, there are a lot of people working there that wish it was possible. But most of us who are no longer there would go unemployed for years, I know a lady that has been unemployed for three years after Coke, nobody would hire her. It took me 5 months to get a job, I filled out hundreds of applications to jobs that were allegedly hiring with immediate openings, and I haven't even gotten a parking ticket as a truck driver, no points in my license, no accidents, over 2 million accident free miles, I can drive any truck on the road, yet nobody would hire me after coke (it doesn't take a genius to know why right? ), so this makes it difficult to leave, when you know they will keep you from getting another job for as long as they can. So the problem is not that they want to leave, the problem is that they can't. Once people understand this, maybe they'll understand why we call it the Coke plantation. God bless you. BC

I would like to ask anybody who will be in the Atlanta area, to please participate and educate themselves viewing this film about Coca Cola and the atrocities committed by them for the sake of profits. The Coke 16 stands firmly with any movement who looks achieve a better life for all, away from corruption and oppression. If ever there was a single target for a nationwide boycott, this is it. I'd suggest a mass walkout of their employees if that were practical in today's high unemployment climate. Too bad, that would cripple them financially in a heartbeat. Maybe later? They've been on my boycott list for a long time. I buy absolutely no Coke products whatsoever.

Keep up the fantastic work, BC. And I agree, it's not just Coke. Their practices are "business-as-usual" for many (or all) of the biggies, I'm sure.

[-] 2 points by BoycottCoke (275) 11 years ago

God bless you!, sometimes I tell people how difficult it is to go through all this. it took us over a year and half just to find representation, none of the lawyers we spoke to wanted to take on Coke, due to their vast resources. The law firm they have going against us has virtually unlimited funds, so only people power, the kind that makes itself present when people unite in a common cause, will be the only help besides God, that we get. I want to ask anybody reading this to please, stop by facebook.com/Thecoke16 and like us there. Coca brags about having over 40 Million likes on their page, we only have 50 in total, so we have a long way to show them that even with all their resources, they can not compete with people power. Dr MLK said and I quote: "For when people get caught up with that which is right and they are willing to sacrifice for it, there is no stopping point short of victory." This is just the beginning, I personally will not stop until the truth is out, they have already spoken about money, but we have rejected it, the people need to know about their oppressice ways, and their business practices, and that my friend, is going to be known. Our aim is not to destroy Coca Cola, we have a lot of friends in there and know how hard it is to get a job, we want solid committments to change, not just here but worldwide. we can not ignore what is going on in so many countries outside of the limelight. So we have to be a voice for the voiceless ( as the Dr once said ) in bringing their struggles to light, so the world knows how evil corporations behave when they think nobody is watching. God bless you my friend, and join us at facebook.com/Thecoke16, please. We need all the help we can get. BC

[-] 2 points by gnomunny (6819) from St Louis, MO 11 years ago

Publicity is a powerful weapon. They tried to buy you off, huh? That's usually the first step. Shows they're feeling the heat.

FaceBook is also on my boycott list, so I can't 'like' your page. As a fellow boycotter, I'm sure you understand. But I can, and will, tell my family and friends that are on FB and try to persuade them to do it. It's only a few, but every click is in the right direction.

[-] 1 points by BoycottCoke (275) 11 years ago

I understand, and respect that. One has to take a stand. if you won't stand for anything you will fall for everything. Thank you so much, we do have a website that is ours....www.thecoke16.com, stop by when you get a chance and read some of the stuff we have to say. again, thank you for your support and God bless you.

Update. We started a page on Facebook the address is Facebook.com/Thecoke16 and I want to ask your support, just go to it and click the " like " button to show your solidarity with our struggle. Things are moving in the right direction, and we have some very prominent people willing to get together with us in this fight and help us out in exposing the corruption coca cola is involved in. Many people are commenting negatively specially white supremacist's websites claiming that " if the the alledged racism was so bad, then why jot get another job and stop crying..." To those who said that or feel that way all I have to say is, if taxation without representation was so bad, why didn't the founding fathers just pick up and left, and set up another nation someplace else ?, the example giving to us by the founding fathers was to stand up and fight for your rights, so you can experience real change. If we let Coca Cola continue their oppressive behaviour, without doing something about it, then we would be equal to those who expect us to just run away as spineless cowards such as themselves. America pretends to be the land of the free and home of the brave, if so, this gives us the right to fight for our rights. I ask you for your support by liking us on Facebook, this will show that people are interested in the development of this case. God bless you all and thank you before hand.

Can you tell us how others can add our own posts to this forum? Comments are nice, but posts are better for getting more hits.

Hi. Check where it says " post " in blue letters. Once you click there, you'll see the screen for posting a topic. Welcome aboard.

yes, I saw that, but I wonder if there's a way to piggyback posts to THIS forum as not to divide people's attention between forums of the same subject.

Post on both, close in time. Ignore the trolls (do not feed the trolls), as they are here to waste your time and direct attention from the truth.

Not sure if that, perhaps someone else can answer that question. I'd just let it rip if I was you and let the chips fall where they may. But that's my crazy self. Have fun.

Update on the lawsuit. Coca Cola got their wish and the case will be tried in Federal Court. I don't understand why they (Coca Cola) wanted to move it away from the Queens NY Jurisdiction, but oh well, the fight will go on. We are going to need all the help we can get on this, they know our funds are limited since many of us have been unemployed for some time or until recently, and they will use that as a factor in this. Pray for us those of you who believe in God, we are going to need his help. BC

The Court date is set for the 7th of March at the Queens Cty Court Sutphin Blvd and 89TH Street Jamaica, NY , We need to boycott coke producst from Monday the 5TH till Friday the 10TH, let them know how powerful we really are. It might be just a couple of dollars individually, but worldwide we can hit them in the millions of dollars, this can show them and the rest of abusive corporations what unity can do in today's revolution. Thank you. BC.
