OWS is a non-profit; we have the FOIA... why is it no one has published the names? There is a legally responsible party here and we should identify it.
It's called the General Assembly, and the individual membership is determined by who shows up.
They're taking cash donations which means income taxes. And for this reason they are a non-profit with a board of directors. In Manhattan, we want their names.
Non-profits are tax exempt. :)
Haha... yea and they have a Board of Directors. They're costing us millions; we want ours.
