How many of you see that when you really need to check your statements online or phone or anywhere when is about to critically go negative, BOA has a no access, page down or not available service excuse? I get many payments online, I must know when to make more payments ( since BOA likes to delays all deposits and post the payments ahead, this is a very nasty trick, most people don't get overdrafts because they want to but because these rats create this confusion. I was told by a high rank BOA member once that they open branches in crappy neighborhoods so they can get a lot of people with low income, the best customers he say, they have no computer or internet, no internet phone and they are unable to see what is happening in their accounts, people with money makes no money for the bank as easy as the ones with less income ( aka 99% ). does this happen to you? is there a way to report this, please people with the big signs, post this trick so everyone can talk about it everywhere. Thank you

It's been going on for years. That's why when all of this bail out crap started I moved my money to a local credit union. Never had that problem again. There have been class action lawsuits started because of this. I called Wachovia on this - they refunded all of my money. Then I moved my money. Move your money.

Agree, call me ignorant but I never knew about the advantage of credit unions, still I insist we should have a different type of currency, like the greenback dollars, we need them badly.
