This is just the beginning. They bought us some time by printing trillions and trillions, but that is only going to last so long. All the same people are still in charge. No one has gone to jail.
We have yet to deal with the consequences of our apathy. It's coming.

Cut the police, the fire fighters, the teachers and the garbage collectors.
But don't dare cut the bureaucrats, paper pushers, bloated admin staff and the deputy assistant to the deputy assistant to the deputy secretary's assistant.
That's exactly what is happening , and the people are just watching it happen.
