I know right. You would think they would have it all spelled out in their contract how their bonuses will be calculated. That is how most businesses here work.

Which in my oppinion if they do sue, it's the businesses fault for not specifying in their contract the terms of their bonus like you just said.

I agree that the businesses should have specified it in order to avoid headaches in the future but I am not sure the employees will have a leg to stand on legally. I doubt there is a law, even in Britain, that says a company must provide bonuses.

Normally I would agree, but there are so many lawsuits that I thought would have no chance, that end up winning for millions here in the USA.
