Although i haven't watched much television lately, I used to really like Boston Legal, and that character's closings in particular as they really made me think

That was a great speech, and it would be really neat to hear it from a politician who meant it

If any politician said those words, he wouldn't be a politician for very long. The campaign funds would dry up faster than when Moses crossed the Red Sea.

Here's another great speech made in 1940 by a well known actor. Although it was directed at a particular person then, the words still apply just as strongly to our situation today.

Excellent speech. It's posted on all of my facebook groups now. Hopefully they'll begin to wake up. It's strange though, the liberals are just as asleep as the conservatives.
