Forum Post: Assault the Machine

If this is a battle against the corporate machine, we can do more in our own states. The corporation is a creature of fiction. Its rights and powers are defined by the state laws under which it is organized. Change those state laws. It does not require a national constitutional amendment. It would be the simplest way to abrogate the Citizens United decision, for example, and it would assault the plutocracy where it is most vulnerable.
