Most investment of the past decades has been overseas, where most capital gains disappears from US wealth, only to return to the 1%.
Give corporations and investors large tax deductions for investing that actually proves to make jobs within the USA. This type of investment deduction will actually force 'trickle-down' here and build the economy by driving purchases by the 99%.
