Forum Post: Are Land Patents for real?

If so it could revolutionalize our nation as we could own our land outright and not be subject to foreclosure or government taxation. Interesting things are being said about it. Some people actually lost their homes though after cancelling their mortgage after obtaining a land patent, either because where they got it from was a scam, but I wonder if they took their case to supreme court if they might obtain their home back because its being said that no supreme case ever lost where there was a land patent. In the original treaty that our government signed about the land outside the 13 colonies.

They may have to work real fast. I wish I could find the source that I read stating that the banks are secretly buying up residential land patents while we're all busy fighting wall street and bickering the democrat/republican paradigm. I'll try again to locate it.
