I find it interesting that an article like this would be published on a conservative website.

The author makes this statement:
I don't think that is the only misinterpretation of reality the author has engaged in - I would have to read it again - a couple of times.
What is wrong with the above statement is that it is the political division that is responsible for incentivization of children out of wedlock. Poverty, education, and reproductive health issues are all issues where the the current social construct is divided, resulting in a series of consequences that contribute to this incentivization.
I suspect that the author may be a bit of a charlatan. Perhaps engaged in presenting the argument for consideration in a way that is more likely palatable to the conservative irrational, presenting the possibility that some few may overcome their handicap.
I haven't yet read the article, but to judge by their policy and their narratives, especially those regarding the poor, I would have to say, without equivocation what so ever . . .
