... further I believe this approach is a win win for everyone... the economic capitalists would no longer be burdened with the taxing of their incomes for social programs ... while the social programs would actually be able to create & develop their own capital w/o having to fight & beg for it....
it would promote new job creation and new prosperity all the way around....
