Housing developers in shanghai cut sales prices by 30%, pissing off people who baught at full price earlier. The early purchasers are demanding a refund.

Question for you: Do they deserve a refund? (analogous to do US home buyers deserve a refund/relief from their mortgage obligations after buying at the top while being 'scammed' by banks?)

The way China does housing is good. Small apartments in really high buildings. All easily affordable.

Sprawl is another issue among many issues.

Does one deserve a refund if one buys a TV at X price and six months later it's selling for 30% less? I think the consensus there is a big NO.
