Well, the answer is amazingly simple! Change the banking law that requires the innocent (the people who want to restructure their debt) be called defaulters by the financial terrorists who caused the fraud in the first place.
I'm not saying restructure all debt, I call it justifiable debt caused by mortgage fraud or high interest rates, student loan interest rates and having to pay even when unemployed (what a slap in the face that is!), medical emergency, college tuition and housing, caretaking for a family member that limits a person's ability to work, credit card debt (as long as the person begins PAYING DOWN the debt because of the lower interest rate).
This instantly gives all americans an actual legal tool to fight back against the fraudsters because they can restructure their debt without being placed into default by the fraudsters.
