Forum Post: Americans need protection against the criminals within our government "Lets get some Justice"

Since Americans need protection against the criminals within our government then maybe it's time for the citizens of America to get together and charge some of the corrupt people in a civil lawsuit. Looks like most of the evidence is affecting all of us.

This is close to what I see as a core issue--institutionalized lawlessness for the elite class--the aristocracy. If effect we have returned to something like the English monarchy of 1775, where the law only applied to commoners. A recent interview with author Glenn Greenwald on the On Point radio program highlighted this issue.

Justice for all has to start here by replacing and prosecuting them. None of them expect to be prosecuted for their crimes against common Americans the 99%.

If we don't get them prosecuted soon then, I think we'll have a lot more than our financial system to worry about like the effects of global warming 5 years from today.

I was on another thread where someone made up a website exposing corrupt politicians. There is a petition attached to it demanding a Congresswoman's resignation. http://takingbackamerica78.blogspot.com/2011/11/corrupt-politician-of-week.html

One way or another we have to get these crooks out of D.C. They need to pay the price for their dirty deeds. Keep bringing this up, hopeful more people will get on board.

Before we even get to that point, let's put them on notice and embarass them. You know how Keith Obermann has a "Worst Person Ever" segment in his show. Well,there needs to be a "Hall of Shame" website for the worse offenders on Wall Street and in Corporate America. Attach a bio and the crimes that they committed against the people. Let people be well-informed first of what they did. Also, make sure everything you write about them can be thoroughly backed up, as you do not want to be sued yourself for libel.

Lawsuits should follow, if this person doesn't take the high road after that.

Okay, then there should be mass lawsuits against corporations and individuals responsible for bankrupting the American people by conning them to no end.

However, keep in mind that most of our politicians are in bed with these Corporate/elitist crooks. So we need to get the bought out politicians out of Congress first or their will be so stupid laws passed in record time to save the these corrupt jackasses from the people and getting the justice that they deserve.

I think the politicians and lobbyists have to be the charged together on the same lawsuit as mobsters with crimes against the American citizens. Those lobbyists must be very adept at the art of persuasion, which is the mainstay of their job.

Boy, we really would be taking back the country then (yes, hit them with the RICO laws). WE need to immediately replace these criminals with people (not career politicians) who we can firstly trust and who also are qualified to serve.

Yes, the lobbyists are a piece of work when it comes to the art of persuasion. If you haven't seen the movie "Thank you for Smoking", I highly recommend it. One of the main characters is a smooth talking lobbyist who represents the tobacco industry. The movie if funny, but lobbyist in reality are lower than pondscum in my book.

I wrote this today to honor my father and later I came up with a question that all citizens should ask themselves . Do we place the same value on our constitutional rights for justice and freedom if we earned them or inherited them? -----------------------In honor of my father Norman on this veterans day. My family has been proud to fight for our fellow Americans freedom. My father, 4 of his sons and, 1 grandson has served in the US military. My father served in the US Army and fought in WW2 and returned home to become my families first honorably discharged disabled war veteran. 3 of my older brothers Gary, Paul, and Harold enlisted with the US Marine Corp. While serving in the Marine Corp my brother Gary was bitten by a mosquito that gave him malaria and he nearly died. After Gary recovered from malaria he received his honorable discharge for his services. My brother Harold fought in Vietnam and Iraq. Harold was honorably discharged from the Marine Corp after a 22 career. My father’s grandson Wayne is Harold’s son he also enlisted in the Marine Corp. Wayne fought in Iraq the same time his father Harold was fighting there. Wayne’s military career lasted for 20 years then he was honorably discharged for his services. My brother Paul enlisted in the Marine Corp and then the US Navy. He served over 12 years in the military. Paul received 2 honorable military discharges for his services. My name is John and I enlisted with the US Army for 6 years. The year was 1975 and the war in Vietnam had ended 2 years earlier. While in the military I was never involved in a war. After my 6 year enlistment ended I was honorably discharged for my services. My father has left behind a legacy of honor. It was an honor for my family to give back to our country because of one reason we had to protect our inherited constitutional rights for justice and freedom.

Those who have sworn allegiance to Americans, and meant it, need to confront those who have taken the same oath with insincerity. Those confrontations historically end in executions whenever a country is infected as much as this one is.

FawkesNews you stated on another post that- Military Tribunals seem to do the job the best when the justice system has been corrupted to the point of ineffectual. It is the preferred courtroom of those disenfranchised from justice. So I want to ask you if you know who could get our military Judge Advocate General to file charges against our corrupt government.

Thank you. If I am not mistaken, the JAG will be prosecuting those who have defied martial law, long before it will represent the will of the oppressed populace. At one point there will be officers in the military who will refuse orders to fire upon the unarmed, it will be at that point when there could be enough dissent within the military to force the JAG to the will of the people. Its original intended constituents.
