The government has a kill list, under Obama. They were killing in the middle east, but now they are making domestic terrorists aka criminals aka american's disappear in the same way. I believe that every American should be born with the guarantee that their government will not kill them. Who here wants to fight government corruption. Who here wants to fight to save american lives and stop the murderous US government? Then join my facebook.com/groups/thekilllist and make a donation to help spread the word. I will mail you a free shirt with every $15 donation, just pm me your address

I believe we will never be a nation of justice until the death penalty is illegal

[-] 3 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

The Death Penalty underpins our Violent Culture. How many false convictions and miscarriages of justice are there in our judicial system? FAR too many! We murder our own so of course we'll murder abroad. It all needs to stop.

[-] 1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

i agree completely

[-] 3 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

Drones are already in the US and it is a very short step from 'surveillance' to assassination!

[-] 3 points by VQkag2 (16478) 12 years ago

Protest against drone strikes all over the world & death penalty, police brutality here!

[-] 2 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

Our police and military (and what's really the difference these days?) love the idea of drones, here or abroad. The drone manufacturers love it and want this sh*t to continue and expand for no better reason than their profits. The rulers love drones so that we can inflict the death penalty without any process and don't have to answer any awkward questions about dead soldiers. We should justifiably be very worried.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 12 years ago

Protest the drone strikes and remote control wars!

[-] 1 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

If we do not 'protest the drone strikes and remote control wars' we can expect the same domestically. Oh look, we're already there!

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 12 years ago

It''s horrible! Gotta kick up the protests a notch!

Are you with us?

[-] 1 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

I've been with you for a long time! Have you seen, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuyrBRUsu9A ?

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 12 years ago

Excellent film.

[-] 1 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

I completely agree and I especially liked the messages of hope and action at the end with Aaron Copeland's 'Fanfare for the common man' playing in the background.

My favorite bit was: 'Apathy is not the solution. Let's take a better interest in our politics, by supporting and electing those who have demonstrated ethical and responsible behaviour and have tried to do something about our deceitful financial sector and their cronies'.

[-] 2 points by VQkag2 (16478) 12 years ago

So few pols are ethical and forward thinking. But yes, everyone should get involved, find ethical pols to run if they ain't and take our govt back from the plutocrats.

[-] 1 points by Ache4Change (3340) 12 years ago

We need more people like Bernie Sanders and Dennis Kucinich and to organise in our communities from the real grass roots levels, as opposed to astro-turf, TP Koch-heads. We do need to learn some organisational lessons from them though, just like they themselves learnt from the likes of the 'Ruckus Society'! That might be hard to believe but I have very good reasons to believe that that is very true. We have to start to mobilise the 99% and this is why OWS is such a good and important seed for the future

[-] 1 points by VQkag2 (16478) 12 years ago

We do need to organize better but I don't think Kochs TP is the right guide.

People will come to join us when they are struggling enough..

[-] 2 points by Shule (2638) 12 years ago

Looks like this Presidential election is about who you want to keep up the kill list, or rather who's kill list do you want to be on.

[-] 1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

Yes i am not pretending that Romney will take me off of the list. But, i am still concerned about America's future because they dominate the world.

[-] 2 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 12 years ago

Tuesday November 6 repeal the death penalty in the CA general election

[-] 1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

I hope that this prop passes because it will be a large step away from the death penalty and everything will help change the culture of the US and the government and hopefully send the message to capital hill that we wont let them murder us.

[-] 2 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 12 years ago

people should own the government

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

agreed. Personally i am on the verge of simply leaving america, why live in a land that grants judges the authority to murder

[-] 1 points by MattLHolck (16833) from San Diego, CA 12 years ago

in California we are voting to repeal the death sentence

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

I know and i believe that is a great initiative. It will truly help shift the culture in America. However, we do still have a federal death penalty and so all US citizens are subject to the death penalty until the FDP is withdrawn. Unfortunately, both Romney and Obama support the FDP. Nonetheless, i truly hope that California eliminates the death penalty and i believe it will save lives.

[-] 1 points by lawstudent402 (18) 12 years ago

this story is not unique, it has occurred before

[-] 1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

Hopefully i will be attending Cardozo Law School in January. I should be a sure in. If i do, i will be protesting all day every day near wallstreet

[-] 0 points by podman73 (-652) 12 years ago

If your in law school you won have to the time to protest. Law school is a joke it's hella hard.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

I went to Brooklyn Law School last year for a time and still had time to protest. We read about 250 pages a week, but it could be worse

[-] 1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

thank you. How do you feel about capital punishment? Did you know that we have a federal death penalty?

[-] 1 points by hchc (3297) from Tampa, FL 12 years ago

Ya, Im not sure how I feel about it, because Ive never had anyone murdered, and I do know that sometimes they get out of jail before their sentence due to technicalities.

On the other hand, you have people sentenced to death by the gov, which is fucked up. And then you have the absolutely worst case scenario where people who are innocent are put to death, which is horrendous.

I researched the death penalty and found that Israel and Ireland both banned the the death penalty 60 almost years ago. Personally i am half Irish and half Jewish and i am upset to live in a country that has the death penalty.

"rimes against humanity, war crimes, and crimes against the Jewish people. Only one person has been civilly executed in the history of the State of Israel" They have not executed a citizen since 1962 and have only executed 2 persons in the history of the state. One of which was acquitted and promoted to captain posthumously.

[-] 1 points by Builder (4202) 12 years ago

Israeli operatives have openly executed people, both by subterfuge, and by stealing identities of people from other nations, in the last few years.

Who are you quoting?

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

That sounds like what has been going on in America. Do you have any sources? I have been doing as much research as i can on this subject.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

thank you for the link. What is happening in America is similar. We have assassination squads who will watch someones every move and then kill them and usually even kidnap and torture them. The identity theft occurs after as individuals assume the role of the victims. In my instance there are people who have stolen each family members identity and then split off from the family. The teams that are covering me are huge and the entire US government condones or accepts the use of the teams. It is hard to find someone to blow the whistle too.

[-] 1 points by Builder (4202) 12 years ago

Why are they targetting you and your now-dead family?

Are you Palestinian activists? Or sympathisers?

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

We were found guilty for conspiracy to murder 3 people. I insist that i am not guilty, but they don't believe me. I do not believe that this is an equa reaction, i think that the US has gone way to far. Their are worse stories than my families actions, just look at the Manson Family

[-] 1 points by Builder (4202) 12 years ago

I fail to see the correlation with Charles Manson.

I'm still trying to make sense of your case.

Are you a Palestinian activist?

What are your political affiliations?

I would expect to be targetted for having dissident views in a time of war.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

The correlation is that both offenses could be considered terrorist attacks because they were meant to intimidate the public. That is why i am targeted, not because of my views but because i was found guilty of conspiring with terrorists, an act i deny

[-] -1 points by stevebol (1269) from Milwaukee, WI 12 years ago

Either you have it or you don't. They do. I don't believe in it.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

I don't believe something so important should be up to the government of the country you happen to be born in.

[-] -1 points by stevebol (1269) from Milwaukee, WI 12 years ago

I don't either. I believe the UN wants to adopt the policy that Isreal has. This adds to making the UN a slow moving bureaocracy. By the time they decide whether war crimes have happened the body count is high. It's all grandstanding. The UN is about aquisition of resourses and they hide behind issues like this.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

What policy are you referring to? I had read that the UN wants to end capital punishment world wide.

[-] -1 points by stevebol (1269) from Milwaukee, WI 12 years ago

Notice the US only meddles in countries that support the DP?

[-] -1 points by stevebol (1269) from Milwaukee, WI 12 years ago

Maybe it's the US that wants to adopt Isreal's stance on the DP. It's complicated. According to the UN Isreal doesn't support the DP but they do.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UN_moratorium_on_the_death_penalty

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

So you are saying that Israel hides information relating to executions? I would believe you given what i've seen. If you have a link that would help me because i could use it to support my claim about the US.

[-] -2 points by stevebol (1269) from Milwaukee, WI 12 years ago

No, their laws are complicated. It's the US that's screwed up. If the UN is serious about banning it Isreal would probably go along but not the US. That's my guess.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

believe me, i know many government workers who dont care abut executions and believe they are a good thing. The US has some sick people

[-] -2 points by stevebol (1269) from Milwaukee, WI 12 years ago

It's that old time religion. They're not right in the head.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

i don't know, Europe practices the same religions but they don't kill their own citizens.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

Yes the US is strongly in favor of justifying the killing of human beings

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

Here is a recap The American government has used the war on terror to justify the political killings of countless individuals. They now classify crimes as terrorist attacks and kill the offenders. These people are being dehumanized and treated like faceless animals. Recently legislature has classified certain crimes which are committed by Americans as domestic terrorism. These persons are then subject to the Federal Death Penalty. Due to the nature of the "war on terror" and the private kill lists, some acts of "domestic terror" are now being dealt with privately. That is what has happened with my family. My family was guilty of committing three murders in a conspiracy to avenge me in May. By the end of June they had all been killed. The government violated their right to public trial, due process, and the right to confront their accusers. The Government has been using torture during this war on terror, and this has also been used on domestic terrorists who are american citizens. There have been american citizens who have been confirmed to be on the kill list so this should be no surprise. My entire family has been killed by the American government and i have been told that i am next. I was given one year to live in exchange for providing the agents valuable information. I was told not to talk under threat of torture However, i believe that we cannot fear torture when facing death. Please help me fight this case by spreading the word. You can join my page at http://www.facebook.com/groups/thekilllist and donate money to http://gogetfunding.com/project/march-against-capital-punishment-1 I desperately need your funds to help escape the regime. I need to be able to travel to seek political asylum I would just like to say that a so called act of terrorism is no different than a regular crime. I see no reason to separate the murder of 3 random people as a terrorist act, i see no reason to call a bombing a terrorist attack. This is simply propaganda and politicians way to justify killing criminals.

Ah, the genesis of your other whack-job comments -- you're peddling tee-shirts! Why didn't you say so on Arturo's post? That would have clarified things considerably.

I don't need a Kill List tee shirt, but I could use a Black Helicopter tee shirt, or maybe an Area 51 tee shirt. Got any of those?

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

Yes i could make those. This is serious conversation, and it is not crazy at all to believe that another american is on the kill list when it is known that american's have been placed on the kill list before. It is crazy to think i am crazy. Please think about the impact of you comments before being so vulgar.

[-] 1 points by penguento (362) 12 years ago

Well, I trust you'll understand that your story has certain characteristics in common with stories created by delusional people; so you'll perhaps understand my skepticism and that of others. I think you will further understand that selling commemorative tee shirts in conjunction with this whole matter makes it look rather like a scam.

Finally, I trust you'll understand that the allegations you make are very grave, involving as they do a bare assertion that the United States government is engaged in a systematic campaign to kill citizens that it does not like, which if true is a violation of every moral principle, and a good many laws as well.

All of these things being the case, I trust that you'll further understand that in order to take your allegations seriously, I, and the others here (with the apparent exception of Arturo) will require some proof beyond your own unsupported allegations. Therefore, I ask you: What evidence have you to support your claims? What reason do you assert for the United States government committing the acts you allege? If you have credible proof, if you have credible evidence of motive, bring it forward. And finally, explain to me why they haven't gotten you yet. You're certainly not making any effort to hide, what with a facebook page, tee shirt sales and all of these posts. And if what you say is true, the government employs some highly skilled and ruthless killers. It would seem to me that you ought to be long dead.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

Delusional people make all sorts of claims, which all share elements of stories which are true. The selling of t-shirts is a way to raise money which I need desperately, I’m sorry if it comes off like a scam to you, but I was hoping to spread the word that way.
Believe me; I understand more than anyone the severity of the situation. The government is selecting certain crimes as acts of terrorism and expanding its kill list. We all know that they do this already. I have posted proof, a picture of my family and their replacements. This is more evidence than many claims by others have had, yet still received attention. I have more evidence; my family members returned home in June and left things of theirs at my mother’s house.
Also, I have had various interactions with government representatives which discussed the conspiracy including one which promised me a year to live in exchange for providing valuable information. I am not supposed to talk under threat of torture, but I refuse to go silently.
The motive of the government is the desire to execute prisoners in a timely manner instead of after 20 years of fighting nd publicity while risking the chance that the federal government will not uphold the decision to execute for that time period, which is very likely if the war on terror slows. Publicity in this case would certainly result in many persons involved receiving lesser sentencing.

[-] 0 points by penguento (362) 12 years ago

Bad news. The government appears to have taken down your Facebook page.

They are fucking with my computer though. I look up music and the lyrics are changed. Here is what i have for under pressure by queen ressure pushing down on me Pressing down on you no man ask for Under pressure - that burns a building down Splits a family in two Puts people on streets It's the terror of knowing What this world is about Watching some good friends Screaming let me out Pray tomorrow - gets me higher Pressure on people - people on streets She been around Kicked my brains round the floor These are the days it rains but it never pours People on streets People on streets

that is an abomination hopefully they wont edit these lyrics back to normal

[-] 1 points by penguento (362) 12 years ago

Hmmm . . . Sounds like they're closing in on you. I'll bet they're spying on this forum too. Could be dangerous to chat here.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

they have me under surveillance. I will likely draw heat from posting here but i dont care. I plan to flee to the eastern hemisphere shortly anyway. This is not funny, i did nt edit those lyrics either, i always get that when i listen to music because they are on my computer. Post the lyrics from under pressure here, i would really appreciate it.

[-] 1 points by penguento (362) 12 years ago

I'm not sure I want to be under surveillance myself. I've got a wife and kids. Maybe Arturo can do it for you. He lives I'm China, he'll be safe. I live too close to Washington D.C.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

They cant take us all First they came for the communists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the socialists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me.

[-] 0 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

It's still working on my end, let me know if the problem continues. I frequently have technical problems which are usually resolvable quickly.

According to you, all of your family are already dead, jdjohn 1990.

[-] -1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

yes they are all gone. What is your point? They returned home before they were taken and left personal belongings. It is very frustrating, especially knowing i am next. It is hard to believe that they are all gone. Their bodies were never returned nor will the government talk to me about it. Instead they continue to harass me and dehumanize me.

Somehow - I don't know - but - I think this guy is a character - writing some sort of fiction story for shits and giggles.

[-] -1 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

No, i wish i was, but it is all true. The american government is treating criminals like terrorists (a political phrase by nature) and denying them their rights.
All of my family is dead and i am next. It all happened so fast and i wasted my last moments to talk to them running down to Atlanta, to Emory Law School where i was set to attend. Now all i have is their memories and that just isn't enough. I am definitely facing perjury charges for talking about this and i'm sure they will find this, but when your facing death you can't fear torture. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Z10bP9hl1k "they had to cout them all"

I have to say i am very surprised by everyone thinking that someone, a law student, is a troll or crazy. I don't have the time to waste peoples time let alone my own. Further, it is standard to exhaust all alternatives before even considering insanity in a case. I understand that this is a forum and not a police station, but considering the small leap of faith that im taking, that a kill list that has included an american father and son before has included an entire family and covered it up, is not even radical enough to draw the allegation that i am crazy. This is the America we have made for ourselves

[-] -2 points by jdjohn1990 (3) 12 years ago

here is my mexico story My mexico story My mother killed three people to avenge my rape even though I told her not to. We were put on the kill list. I ran and made it into Mexico; all the way to the first stop where you need a passport. I asked for political asylum and was refused after they contacted the US embassy. On my way back towards the American border I was pulled over because they said I was going to fast even though I was not speeding and they did not have a radar gun. They took me out at gun point and searched my car. They made me call some child and talk to him; I apologized for having killed his brother who I assume my mother killed and he said ok. Some other kid asked me when I was going to start crying, in Texas or Atlanta. They decided to let me go and told me not to stop until they passed me. After three large convoy trucks filled with soldiers passed me I stopped to return because I wanted my license back and my phone which they kept. After I had just pulled over an SUV pulled up and asked me why I stopped. He searched me and told me to keep going. I soon reached the river and was told to get out and swim. I made it to Texas and after wondering for some time with no money some woman pulled up and gave me shoes and some food. I soon realized that I had no choice but to go back to my car in Mexico. I swam back without trouble. My car was there but things were stolen. That night as I drove around I was being followed and I had no money so I decided to go back to America. I got across and slept for the night and realized that I must return to Mexico, there is no other hope. I returned and that night in Mexico as I slept in my car a convoy truck with soldiers tapped on my window and searched me for no reason. They then simply drove off. 10 minutes later another convoy pulled up, searches me, and arrests me for no reason. My car is impounded and I am brought to an abandoned prison. In the morning I am brought to a room and at a table there is the same guy who asked me when I was going to start crying the day before. They said to each other, I can’t believe he came back. They let me go but kept my car. I apologized to the guy who had gave the speech again for what my family must have done to someone he may know. He called me chilly and walked away. I received no ticket or explanation. I get my car out which has been robbed and I drive to the US and get a wire to drive home.
