The workplace needn't be a tyranny where you lose all your rights when you walk through the factory gate. The workplace can be democratic. We don't have to be slaves to shareholders, CEOs, and corporate boards. Check out the worker owned Mondragon Cooperative in Spain:

I've heard of the Mondragons. I really agree that it's the way of future businesses. I think it will eventually spread and take over the world but I'd really like to hurry it along! :)
