Perfect example of officials and constitutionality.

The best theory/strategy for our future is depending on the specific sentiment that keeps the DA from prosecuting.

The DA agrees w/some of the demands and knows free speech is abridged. He knows occupy has to do something sensational to get the word out. The protest invokes no legal process, so there is nothing he can support as a citizen, all he can do is fail to prosecute.

What is the judges name?
