In Utah, the first arrest under ag gag laws has been made.
Why are such nasty, insipid laws always misnamed?
This doesn't gag agriculture. It gags reason.
Our old "friend" ALEC, is of course in the forefront, using it's usual phalanx of (R)epelican't legislators to do it's evil deeds....

So remember folks, photons that reflect off of "certain" corporations are wholly owned by that corporation, even those photons that cross public land and space.

ALEC is just getting started with getting these kinds of laws enacted.
They can film us, but we can't film them back.
I'm sure these laws will be enforced for ANY corporation that wants them to.
