Forum Post: After reading through some of this litigation, could someone tell me why it would be a good idea to have LESS restrictions on Wall Street?

And this is from the SEC, which has been accused of being lenient on Wall Street prosecutions. Judging from all this litigation and from past behavior, Wall Street should be treated as a criminal syndicate.
