Is accessible education the solution to American woes? Most of our students graduate with huge college debts. Education is key in the personal development of our people. In Finland, they have no tuition fees. In America, education is a business. Americans are lagging behind in education in comparison to the world. One thing I would consider a huge win to OWS would be to slash tuition costs in any way. One of the biggest burdens on Americans is the student debt they get just for graduating. Sometimes, it's incredibly ridiculous. Government should spend more in education and probably even adapt to technology like Khan Academy or OpenCourseWare to reduce costs.
