A little book called Changing the World: Policy Suggestions for the Ninety-Nine Percent has just been published, and it points out that the digital piracy problem can be fixed in a way which benefits everyone.

Government would pay digital providers the amount they are currently making from sales while providing all digital media to the public free of charge.

The people as a whole would pay no more in taxes than we currently pay to buy these products, yet everyone would be able to download every song, movie, video game and software program ever made, free.

The book provides a lot of other revolutionary ideas intended to benefit the 99%, and it can be downloaded free as a PDF file at thedreamers.org.
