Those giants are creating an entire other bubble. The fact that Blackstone has spent that much money on housing is bullshit.

Decentralize. We DO NOT want people with that much money involved in rental housing.

Interesting. There must be some scam involved. and I think they see this as a way to recoup money on all the homes they've foreclosed on fraudulently, or heartlessly. Banksters s/b put in jail.
