Blessed art thou who answers the call to defend your humanity. Blessed art thou who lends voice to the voiceless. Blessed art thou who holds compassion for your oppressors. Blessed art thou who loves, in the midst of a loveless culture. Blessed art thou who stands your ground. Know thy power. Know thy strength. Know thy wisdom. Know that you are loved.
A prayer to whom exactly? Lord Jesus would not approve of this.
Jesus can join the 99%, I don't mind, but lets not start arguing about who the Lord is. There are many. and I do believe Jesus was a peace activist. Thanks.
Thank you @Mitch333. I was not praying to any one deity - prayer for me is a distinctly spiritual thing, it's about moving my energy in productive, healing directions. I do not presume to speak for Jesus or any other individual who is or is not viewed by certain other individuals as a Lord/savior/other type of holy being. I believe that we are all holy and that we all have the power to save each other.
