I've been a member now of this site for a few weeks. Prior to signing-up, I was upset with the comments from politicians, the media and the elite, saying that this movement does not know what it wants. But in less than a week of joining this group, I realized that there are a lot to be desired from this movement, including a more solid and viable plan to achieve what it wants.

This movement should take advantage of its momentum. We ought to have some kind of coordinating groups that has a list of demands to achieve what we really want: equality, freedon and security for all people of the world, all of which can NEVER be achieved by additional laws and codes to protect the 99'ers. We don't need a housand more laws only to revert back to the same problems we are experiencing. We can not fix a broken system (monetary system, that is). The monetary system, or any other system that requires barter/trade/exchange does not work because it creates scarcity of goods and provides incentive for greed. If we really want a more viable solution which will also take care of our environment, we should demand and petition for RBE (resource-based economy). To those of you not familiar with the concept, please google the "Venus Project" by Jacque Fresco and "Zeitgeist Movement" with Peter Joseph and sign the petition.

I hope you find this useful.

My love to all of you!

This covers the basics although I personally believe it's a bit over reaching at this point.

They do need to choose which order this agenda will be addressed. That would make things easier for others to absorb and understand.

For decades now the corporations and special interests have had our "representatives" bought and paid for. We need to get the money out of our politics. Until we end the current system of legalized bribery (campaign donations) and paid lobbying our politicians will continue to be the lap dogs of the corporations and special interests. What we need first and foremost is real, loop-hole free CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM!!!! If the corruption is not dealt with first, the chance of any other meaningful reforms becoming a reality is almost zero - the special interests will just use their money to buy votes and put forward bills that create loop-holes or otherwise twist the law in their favor. If we want our children to live in a country where there vote matters, we need to get the money out of our politics, otherwise they will increasingly become the 21st century version of the "landless peasant." Spread the word - CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM needs to be THE main goal of the protests.

I totally agree that we can't rely on our government so it's a good idea to have our own coordinators oversee the transition to our new society.

Yes, because everyone not affiliated with those three factions are OWS members and supporters.
