This is about creating a new system based upon tapping Humanities Fullest Potentials and Unlimited Creativity not about patching up old ones.

Uh... this petition first began in Dec. of 2010, correct? Why havent you sent it out?

and i will sign an Updated version, if you sign the Updated version of ours.. ( we sent the first one, and got two Fines for Goldman Sachs.. and a Cirduit breaker UTR, which is just garbage.. so we updated this new Petition.. and , well with the OWS uprising, we think we have a HUGE Chance of getting the Crooks Indicted, and the Market Running Fairly once more.. )
