This is a working document. It is meant to be modified by each General Assembly and then resubmitted to a national grievances editorial working group. The national editorial working group shall minimize and consolidate the language. Initially all grievances submitted will be included in this working document.

After minimizing and consolidating the language this working document will be resubmitted to all participating General Assemblies. This will continue as an iterative process until a final document is agreed upon. Note: until a national editorial working group is established updates can be submitted and will be maintained by a volunteer at email: frankindelicato@yahoo.com

Are we looking to modify the constitution? Replace it? Something big is needed to change the power structure of the current government and there are many who will not want to give up their power - namely the lobbyists.
