Wow, powerful stuff. Chase Bank admits that banks are substantially more to blame than homeowners regarding the home foreclosure crisis.

Don't kid yourself - this guy is the one percent.

The prick didn't have enough morals or ethics to stop raking in huge piles of money with the full knowledge that he was screwing people. Only a couple of years after he got fired does he decided to "come clean" by telling everyone what we already knew.

Fuck him, he's not the solution, he's the problem.

And how does your response encourage other Chase Bank executives to come out???

It seems like some here assume that anybody who associates with anybody who is accused of being the bad guy is just as big of a scumbag as the badguy.

How will that lead to change if the whistleblowers don't feel welcomed to switch sides?

He wasn't associating with the bad guys - he was a bad guy, willfully carrying out unscrupulous and illegal action with full knowledge of the negative effects, and he profited from it.

You don't blow the whistle 3 years after you lose your job, you blow the whistle when you are directed to do something illegal or immoral. This scumbag has shelves full of awards for the very behavior his is now complaining about. You can be sure he got some healthy bonuses, too.

Ok, so it's best if he never comes forward? Is that your position?

You've heard of the term "Banker's hours"?

In Banker's years maybe coming forward three years later is like coming forward in 30 seconds. Just sayin.

I'd have respect for him if he came forward at the point in time when he was scamming people. To come out years later, after making a pile of money doing it, does not earn any respect from me. The guy is a crook, and should be prosecuted just like every mortgage broker and banker that profited from action that they knew or even suspected was illegal.

And yet, his comments buoy the occupy movement and provide incredible justification and could lead to huge lawsuits regarding Federal Hobbs Act violations regarding taking property under the color of right.

If bankers set up bigger bonuses for sub prime loans versus regular loans, and were putting those who had good enough credit into a sub prime instead of a better loan, there could be some huge lawsuits coming and he could be the star witness.

Check your bank statement and see if you were charged an unauthorized overdraft fee in violation of the newly passed federal law requiring written permission to overdraft an account.

JP Morgan Chase Bank has violated this law as well.

It is easier to steal a few bucks here and there from millions of people who wont fight back. Look how long it took for their other theft to get caught.

this video is long but i watched the whole thing. lots to think about

this problem began with the banks and probably it will end only when we nationalize the banks. Something I used to think was very wrong, but hey Canada did it and they are still doing good.

We need to have a good discussion about money, and why no one is discussing where it comes from and ect.

The only regret any banker has, is that his money is not offshore, and he's not living in an Italian Villa. Smart folks left a long time ago, and smart money went offshore years ago, The most funny thing about this whole fucking steal the 1% show is that if you people actually came to power you would find out there was nothing left to steal, they beat you too it. The only banker spokes-people left around now are folks too stupid to have fled the country.

That's why I am for justifiable debt restructure. If people can restructure their debts, (including a lower interest rate payment plus longer to pay off the debt), and as a result can begin to pay down their debts, (that is the key), then over time wall streets stranglehold over main street will weaken.

As states grow stronger, the need for a federal reserve will weaken as well.

On www.OccupyNews.net there are recent articles about justifiable debt restructure and North Dakota being the only state to flourish over the past three years and also being the only state with a their own bank.

It essential that interest rate payments to national banks be CUT, the sooner the better.
