I agree having a contingent of serious looking folks in business attire would be an asset.

We can take a cue from the Pilots:wear preferably Dark business jackets with a darker tie or bow tie for men and scarves for women and have professionally made poster signs!

Why would these companies pay the guys flying our packages more than the guys flying our people? Property over people... great example of the American way
